How do I receive my movie tickets after purchasing online?
Once your purchase is complete, a confirmation email with a QR code will be sent to your inbox. You can also access your tickets directly through the AMC Theatres mobile app or at a self-service kiosk using your confirmation number.
What is the refund policy for tickets and concessions?
Tickets can be refunded online or via the app up until the scheduled showtime. Once the showtime has passed, tickets are non-refundable. For concession items pre-ordered online, refunds are available if the order has not yet been prepared.
How does the AMC Stubs rewards program work?
AMC Stubs is our loyalty program where you earn points for every dollar spent on tickets and concessions. Points can be redeemed for rewards like free refills, waived online fees, and discounts on future purchases.
Can I use a gift card for online purchases?
Yes, AMC Gift Cards and E-Gift Cards can be used to purchase tickets and pre-order snacks on our website and mobile app. Simply enter the card number and PIN during the checkout process.
What should I do if my digital ticket QR code won't scan?
If your QR code is not scanning, please ensure your screen brightness is turned up. If the issue persists, visit the Box Office or Guest Services desk with your confirmation email or the credit card used for the purchase, and our staff will assist you.
Are there age restrictions for R-rated movies?
Yes, for R-rated films, guests under 17 must be accompanied by a parent or adult guardian (age 21 or older). We require a valid photo ID for entry to all R-rated features.
